Alvero Ltd creates and sells digital travel organisation products: printable PDF planners, packing checklists, budget spreadsheets, itinerary layouts, Notion workspaces, Canva templates, journal pages, and bundled downloads. Each product page lists exact file types, what you can edit, and how you receive files after payment.
We are not a travel agency and do not book transport or accommodation. Templates are frameworks for your own research and plans.

From choice to files on your device

Read the product type, file format, and any account requirements (for example Notion or Canva) before you buy.

Complete checkout
Pay in GBP (£) through our authorised payment flow when checkout is enabled. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Receive download access
Access links or template instructions appear on the confirmation page and in email — usually within minutes for automated delivery.

Use, edit, or print
Open PDFs for printing, spreadsheets in Excel or Google Sheets, duplicate Notion pages, or edit Canva designs per each listing's instructions.

- Are these physical products or digital downloads?
- Everything in our shop is digital — files or template links. We do not ship printed planners or USB drives unless we explicitly list a physical SKU in future (we do not today).
- When will I receive my files?
- Typically straight after payment via the order page and confirmation email. If email is delayed, check spam and contact support.
- Do you offer refunds on digital products?
- Refunds are limited for digital goods once access is delivered; exceptions apply for technical failure or where the law requires. See the Refund Policy.

If a link fails, a ZIP will not open, or you are unsure which software to use, contact us with your order reference. We will work with you to restore access where technically possible.
