Digital Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Alvero Ltd ("we", "us") sells digital products only — such as downloadable files (PDF, ZIP, spreadsheet), Notion template duplication links, and Canva template links. We do not ship physical goods for these products. This policy explains how you receive what you purchased. All list prices are shown in British pounds (GBP, £). If UK VAT applies to your purchase, the amount is shown at checkout and on your order or receipt.
What “fulfilment” means here
Fulfilment is complete when we make the purchased digital content available to you in the manner described on the product page — for example a working file download, a Notion duplication link, or a Canva template link — and send confirming instructions to your email address, where email is part of our process.
When access is delivered
When our automated checkout is in use, access is usually available immediately or within a few minutes after successful payment, on the order confirmation screen and by email. Delays can happen because of payment verification, spam filtering, or maintenance. If you do not see access within a reasonable time, email support@alveroltd.com with your order reference before opening a payment dispute, so we can resend links or fix a delivery fault.
Where you receive files
- Order confirmation page: download buttons or links after payment (as provided by our store software).
- Email: sent to the address you provide at checkout, subject to deliverability and spam filtering. Add our domain to safe senders if you can.
- Third-party services: Notion and Canva delivery happens inside those platforms after you use the link we provide; their availability is subject to their own terms.
No physical shipping
Unless we launch a separate physical product with a dedicated listing and shipping terms, nothing is posted to your address. The business address on our website (71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ) is for legal and support correspondence, not proof of parcel dispatch.
Technical issues
If a download link returns an error, a ZIP is corrupt, or template access fails after payment, email support@alveroltd.com with your order reference, product name, and screenshots if helpful. We will attempt to re-issue access or provide a working file where the problem is verified on our side.
We cannot configure your personal device or third-party app accounts — but we can confirm whether the product is available from our systems and help with access steps.
