Frequently asked questions

Are these physical products or digital downloads?

Everything we list today is digital — PDFs, ZIP archives of files, spreadsheet workbooks, Notion template links, or Canva duplicate links. We do not post printed planners, USB sticks, or parcels for these products. If we ever sell a physical item, it will be clearly labelled with shipping terms on its own page.

What currency are prices in?

All prices on this site are shown in British pounds (GBP, £). Your bank converts charges if your card uses another currency. If UK VAT applies, it is shown at checkout and on your receipt.

Is this a subscription? Will I be charged again?

Purchases are one-off unless a specific product page clearly says otherwise. There is no standing subscription required to use our current template catalogue.

What will appear on my bank or card statement?

Charges appear under the billing descriptor set with our payment provider (for example ‘ALVERO LTD’ or the name you configure in Stripe). If you do not recognise a charge, email us with the date and amount before contacting your bank — we can usually match it to an order.

When will I receive my files?

After successful payment you should see download instructions or links on the order confirmation page and receive them by email, usually within a few minutes when delivery is automated. Check spam and promotions folders. Email delays or filtering can occasionally slow this down.

What file formats do you offer?

Each product page lists its formats — for example PDF, ZIP containing PDFs, Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Notion template access, or Canva design links. What the product page states is what we intend to deliver.

Do I need Canva or Notion?

Only for products built for those platforms. Notion templates require a Notion account (often the free tier is enough). Canva templates require a Canva account; their terms apply to your use of their editor.

Can I print the planner?

Yes, where the product is a PDF designed for printing. Use your printer’s settings for A4 or US Letter as appropriate. Print quality depends on your printer and paper — we are not responsible for print-shop results.

Can I use the templates on my phone?

PDFs and Notion can often be opened on phones or tablets using supported apps; we optimise primarily for laptop and print workflows. Spreadsheets are usually easier to edit on desktop.

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Digital products are different from physical goods. Once access has been successfully supplied and the files match the product description, we may not offer a refund for change of mind — but you still have statutory rights if something is wrong, not as described, or we cannot fix delivery. Read the Refund Policy before purchasing.

I changed my mind after downloading — can I get a refund?

Usually not if the product worked as described and you received the files. Please read formats and requirements before paying. If access failed or files were not as described, email support first with your order reference.

I didn’t receive my download link, what should I do?

Check spam and promotions folders for mail from your checkout or domain. If nothing arrives, email support@alveroltd.com with your order reference and the product name. We will verify payment and resend access where appropriate.

Why is WhatsApp a +212 number if you are a UK business?

WhatsApp uses an international number (+212). UK registered address is used for legal and postal correspondence. Email remains the primary channel for order and billing issues.

Are your templates for personal use or commercial use?

Unless a product page explicitly states a commercial licence, purchases are for your personal or single-household planning. Redistribution, resale, or publishing our files as your own product is not permitted — see the Terms of Service.

Can I edit the files?

It depends on the product. PDF planners in our shop are generally handwriting-first unless the listing says otherwise. Spreadsheets are editable in compatible apps. Notion and Canva items are edited inside those services after you duplicate the template.
