These Terms govern your use of https://www.alveroltd.com and purchases of digital products from Alvero Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

Who we are

Product scope

Products are digital only unless a listing explicitly states otherwise. Each product page describes file formats, what is included, and any third-party accounts you may need (such as Notion or Canva). We are not a travel agent, tour operator, or booking platform.

Digital performance and access

Delivery is described in our Digital Delivery & Fulfillment Policy. You are responsible for compatible devices, software, and internet access. We are not responsible for outages of third-party platforms.

Ordering

When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel orders in limited cases (for example suspected fraud, obvious mispricing where we notify you promptly, or failure to deliver payment). A contract is formed when we accept the order and take payment, subject to applicable consumer laws.

Pricing and VAT

All list prices are shown in British pounds (GBP, £). If UK VAT applies to your purchase, the amount is shown at checkout and on your order or receipt. Prices may change before you complete checkout. If a price error is obvious or large, we may cancel the order and refund any payment taken.

Payment

We accept payment methods presented at checkout through our authorised processor (e.g. Stripe). You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. Charges appear under our configured statement descriptor.

Intellectual property and licence

Content, layout, and template structure remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Unless a product page grants a wider licence, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased materials for your own planning. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicence, or publish our files for commercial reuse except where explicitly stated in writing for a specific SKU.

Prohibited use

You may not use our products to misrepresent affiliation with airlines, hotels, governments, or brands; scrape or bulk-resell our catalogue; or circumvent technical access controls.

Refunds

Digital refund rules are in our Refund Policy. Nothing here limits statutory rights applicable to UK consumers.

Disclaimers

Templates are planning tools only. They do not constitute travel, legal, financial, or safety advice. You remain responsible for insurance, visas, health requirements, and obeying local laws. We do not warrant uninterrupted access to third-party services.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of digital products or this site. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a given order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where prohibited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

We may update these Terms; material changes should be posted with a revised date. Continued use where permitted may constitute acceptance.
