Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for digital products sold by Alvero Ltd (downloadable files, ZIP bundles, Notion template access, Canva template links). It is a starting document — have it reviewed before launch.
Before you buy
Each product page lists file formats, what is included, and whether you need an account (for example Notion or Canva). Please read that information carefully — choosing the wrong format is not a defect in the product. All list prices are shown in British pounds (GBP, £). If UK VAT applies to your purchase, the amount is shown at checkout and on your order or receipt.
Nature of our products
You are purchasing access to digital content described on each product page. Once access is delivered — for example a successful download or a working duplication link — the content is considered supplied. UK law may still give you rights if content is defective, not as described, or inaccessible due to our fault.
When we may issue a refund or replacement
We will normally work with you (including through refund or replacement) when:
- Duplicate purchase: you accidentally bought the same digital product twice in quick succession — contact us with both order references,
- Technical failure on our side: payment succeeded but you did not receive access and we can confirm a delivery fault,
- Wrong or defective delivery: you received the wrong file clearly mismatched from the product page, or files are corrupt / unusable on standard software and we cannot fix them,
- Legal requirements: where applicable law requires a remedy despite digital supply rules.
When refunds are generally not available
If digital access has been successfully delivered and the product matches its description, we typically do not provide refunds for change of mind, failure to read format requirements (for example needing Canva), incompatible self-chosen software, or dissatisfaction with aesthetic preferences — subject always to your statutory rights.
If you are unsure about a charge or did not receive a download, email us first at support@alveroltd.com with your order reference. Most access and billing questions are resolved more quickly when we work together directly.
How to request help
Email support@alveroltd.com with your order number, product name, and a short explanation. For billing questions, include dates and amounts as shown on your bank or card statement. We aim to respond within one business day where possible.
Refund method
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method where technically possible, via our payment processor (for example Stripe). Timing may depend on banks and card networks.
